LO52624: LOTUSSCRIPT AGENT CAN NOT USE WININET.DLL TO BUILD FTP CONNECTION EVEN WITH HOTFIX FOR SPR#OIHZ7YKMY2

Error description

• LotusScript agent that uses a function in wininet.dll to create
  FTP connection
  fails.  In Domino 32-bit, the agent runs fine. This problem only
  happens in
  Domino 64-bit environment with error "External function not
  found."
  This problem was found to be a match of SPR#OIHZ7YKMY2. Then we
  applied hotfix
  802FP1HF776 to resolve this issue.
  The error message "External function not found." disappears
  after applying the
  hotfix. But the agent still can not create the ftp connection
  and another error
  will be reported.
  
  Steps to reproduce:
  
  Environment Needed:  Domino 8.0.2 FP1 64 bit on Windows 2003
     Hotfix 802FP1HF776 applied.
     A FTP server
  
  1. copy grywsjgl.nsf to server
  2. Open the database using designer, find agent named "sjgl".
  3. In Initialize section, find below line, and change the
  account/password/IP
  as your real ftp environment.
   uid = "ftp"
   Pwd = "ftp"
   port = "21"
   ftpip = "9.123.132.xx"
  
  4. Sign the agent using Domino server's ID.
  5.run the agent
  
  6. It fails and you will see error like this:

  Translated error:
