Error description
New mail is not showing in the inbox - inbox refresh apparently not working while in Conversation Mode. The unread counter in the inbox also does not increment. When the user toggles off conversation mode, suddenly there are new messages, but the inbox counter still does not increment. Toggle back on conversation mode, the new messages are no longer visible. The problem is corrected by pressing F9 or view refresh. * the issue occurs if the db is opened in Conversation mode. 1) Open the mail db, turn on conversation mode, close and reopen the db, it will open in conversation mode 2) send the db new mail message 3) the inbox folder counter does not increment, the new mail does not arrive in the inbox. 4) To see the new message, you have to toggle off conversation mode by clicking CLEAR button. The message is there, but the inbox unread counter is still not incremented. 5) PROBLEM: Toggle back on conversation mode, and the new message disappears 6) Pressing refresh, or F9 outside of conversation mode will increment the unread counter, then the conversation mode will show the new message. * I turned on new mail notification pop up to tell me when a new message arrives, the pop up works fine, inbox refresh and inbox folder unread counter not working in conversation mode when new mail arrives. It seems as though something is getting cached or "mis-cached". The inbox refresh is not working, but the new message appears in Normal non conversation mode, then disappears toggling back to conversation mode until actual refresh (F9) occurs.
Local fix
Press F9 constantly while in conversation mode.
