LO50672: CONTROLLED ACCESS SECTION IS BROKEN IN 8.5.1

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• - Download test Access2.zip
  - Unzip to find test Access2.nsf
  - Open the database to notice the one document:
   - Notice there is a controlled access section called "Access"
  
   - "Access" has one field, a rich text field with a text file
  attached
  (testchange.txt)
   - Notice that only the user Obinna Agumadu should have access
  to edit
  the contents of the controlled section
  - Put the document into edit mode, and double-click the
  testchange.txt text file
  - The text editor will come up, and make changes and save the
  text file
  - Save the Notes document.
  - Reopen the Notes document, and double-click on the text file,
  notice that the
  changes were made
   - This should not happen as the person who is making the change
  is not
  the one authorized to make the changes
                  - Only Obinna Agumadu should be able to make the
  changes
  - This started to fail in 8.5.1
