Error description

  • Internet option of IE:
[General] tab:
Set "Home page" field as "about:blank."
[Connections] tab:
Set Proxy Server and Domino host at Exception(Do not use proxy
server for
addresses beginning with:) from [LAN Settings]
 ( If you don't have Proxy Server, please set any host name.
even if there is
no proxy server, you can reproduce it.)

1. Launch new IE

2. set address  domino server and login the DWA. you got a
warning  "Domino Web
Access has encountered problems accessing your personal
preferences. Please
contact your Domino system administrator."
