Error description

  • When admin set "Only information about when you are busy or
    available" as "Set
    value and prevent changes" on Mail Settings policy, error
    message is displayed
    at applying the mail policy by adminp task.
    
    Steps to Reproduce
    1. Create a "Mail Settings"
    2. Open [Access and Delegation] - [Access to your Schedule]
    tab
    3. Set "Everyone may see your schedule information" as "Set
    value and prevent
    changes"
    4. Set "Only information about when you are busy or available"
    as "Set value
    and prevent changes" (or "Set initial value", "Set value
    whenever modified")
    5. Execute "Tell adminp p ma" command on server console
    
    the following error is displayed on server console:
    Update Calendar Profile API: Unable to Update Calendar Entry
    'BusyTimeHarvestOptOut' from list '$FL_2' for 'Taro
    Yamada/Japan'.  Error
    Returned:
    : Note item not found
    
    The setting is applied to user's mail preference correctly. This
    problem is
    just error is displayed.
    
    This problem is similar to LMAN7T2R3J and LMAN6SYQGR.
    

Local fix

  • select "Detailed information about your calendar entries" once
    and reselect
    "Only information about when you are busy or available"
