Error description

  • Desc:

At my client I need to look into Mailfiles of members of the
    Mgmt Board. Every
Mailfile I touch gets document expiration activated. After I
    have accessed the
mailfile, the user sees messages in new memos (under subject:)
    "Default custom
    expiration set to <today + 1 yr)".
How can I have caused this and how can I turn it off again? Do I
    write sth.
    into their profile document?

    Environment:

Customer: Mailserver is running Domino 8.5 on Solaris, Customer
    users run Notes
Clients 8.5.1 on Windows, StdR85Mail Template
IBMer: I use Notes 8.5.1 on Linux, Mail-Templates are
    StdR85Mail.
