Comments
This APAR is associated with SPR# OIHZ7YYQH8. Per dev: The error was caused by an invalid ssl configuration on the server where the keyring file did not exist, that causes the browser to fail to connect to the server. I cannot reproduce the issue on 852 with a valid and correct ssl keyring file and configuration. Also the original screen shot is showing a certificate error (see second line of text under the title bar of ie 8), this also appears to be a ssl configuration problem with the server. By default there is no keyring file and one must be created via the certificate authority. A self signed certificate is used for testing purposes. The certificate error shown in the screen shot also points to a ssl config issue, in that the certificate is not signed correctly. There are a series of steps to configure your server and create a signed certificate keyring file which can be found on the IBM website under the support section.
