LO45865: A LOTUS NOTES USER WOULD LIKE TO REMOVE THE LETTERHEAD FOR INCO MING INTERNET MAIL

Error description

• A Lotus Notes  user would like to remove the letterhead for
  incoming Internet mail
  Customer does not want a logo to be appended on all incoming
  emails.  How can he reach his goal ?
  

Local fix

• The letterhead is part of the Memo form, which is used to
  display all mail messages.  It is not possible to remove this
  design feature using a configuration setting.  SMTP messages do
  not contain "letterhead" as part of the message.  The Notes
  client will display a default "globe" letterhead (Gateway
  letterhead ) when viewing the message.  It is not possible for
  the Notes client to display a message without letterhead.  Even
  a "blank" letterhead is considered a letterhead (Plain text
  letterhead).
