Error description
Some Animated GIF files are on the Form. When user open it via Notes Client on Windows Vista environment, and scroll down by clicking "down arrow" button on the vertical scroll bar, the scrolling down is very slow. If user open it on Windows XP environment and scroll down by same way, the scrolling down is very smooth. This problem is reproduced only on Windows Vista environment. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Create a Form, and create a image resource with animated gif file 2. Insert a lot of the animated gif file on the Form 3. Create a document with the Form 4. Open the document via Notes client on Windows Vista environment 5. Click "down arrow" button on the vertical scroll bar to scroll down the document 6. You can see it is very slow If deleting all the animated gif files on the Form, the scrolling down is very smooth on Windows Vista environment also. And if the gif file is not animated, the scrolling down is very smooth.
