Error description
1. Create a new message, and click body field. 2. Switch the language bar to "JP" (Japanese) 3. Press Alt + (Grave Accent). Problem: On Japanese Language bar, Input Mode does not switch "A" -> "?" and cannot type Japanese hiragana. Instead, # tooltips are displayed. This problem happens only on Notes standard, not basic (WCT801_20080106.1430 build) .
Local fix
Using mouse, toggle Input Mode button on the launguage bar.
