LO44232: NOTES DATABASE WEB ACCESS: ANCHOR LINK IN RICH TEXT FIELD DOES N OT POINT TO THE CORRECT TAB

Error description

• On a document containing a tabbed table in a rich text field,
  anchor links to various positions in the RT field are created
  using "Edit">"Copy as">"Anchor link" and inserted into a second
  document's rich text field.
  The anchor links work fine, as long as the documents are
  accessed in the Notes client.
  Accessing the documents in a web browser, shows the defect, that
  an anchor link to a position in the tabbed table does point to
  the first cell in the first tab, rather than the Zth cell in the
  Xth tab.
  

Local fix

• It has been found, that the URL linked with the anchor link is
  lacking the parameters that specify the exact target of the
  link:

  t#<position information>
  
  this points to cell 1 tab 1 of the tabbed table.
  
  Adding the "tablerow=" parameter (manually, since Domino cannot
  seem to be configured to do this) points to the correct location
  in the tabbed table:
  http://<server-address>/<path>/<filename.nsf>/<UNID>?OpenDocumen
  t&TableRow=x.y.z.a.b#<position information>
  (x,y,z,a,b are numerals which signify the position in the table
  - see HTML specification. for example
  (...)&TableRow=2.1.1.1.1(...) )
