Error description
When user tried to upload a new attachment file and to delete an attached attachment file at same time via browser, the uploaded attachment file did not attach. 1. Create a discussion DB from discsw7.ntf(Discussion - Notes & Web(7) template. 2. Access the database created in Step1 via Internet Explorer 6 on Japanese windows OS(or English windows OS which can display DBCS). 3. Click "New Main Topic" button. 4. Click "Browse" button and select a file named "test1.txt"(All characters are SBCS ). 5. Click "Save&Close" 6. Click "All Documents" and open the document created in step5 7. Click "Edit Document" button 8. Click "Browse" button select a file named "test P.txt"(Charactor "1" is DBCS) and check test1.txt in Mark attachments for deletion area. 9. Click "Save&Close" 10. Click "All Documents" and open the document created in step9. There is no attachment file in the document. If you select a file named "test1.txt"(All characters are SBCS ) or "test2.txt" in step8, that file can be attached.
