LO43365: USING "COPY LINKS" URL TO A FLASH FILE (SWF) UPLOADED TO QUICKR IN HTML CODE DOES NOT DISPLAY.

Error description

  • Steps to Reproduce

1.  Upload swf file to Quickr (drag and drop)
2.  Using Copy Links, obtain the URL to the flash file.  Put it
in a browser and confirm that the flash file displays.
3.  Create an html document with embed tags and use the Copy
Links URL to point to the flash file.
4.  Put the html document on an external http server.  Put a URL
to the html document on a page on a Portal Server.
5.  The flash file will not display.

Works in IE 8, but NOT in IE 7 or FF.

Problem conclusion

  • Packaged in iFix LO43365 (CLB_EMBEDDED_CONTENT).
