Error description

• From the Designer Help file (Application Properties - Design
  tab):
  
  Copy profile documents with design - Databases created with this
  template also get any profile documents within the template.
  
  However, it does not state what happens if a profile document
  with the same name already exist in the database while you are
  refreshing/replacing the design.  I reviewed the source and
  profile documents are not copied into the database if a profile
  document with the same name already exists.  The help file
  should clarify this behavior with something like this:
  
  Copy profile documents with design - Databases created with this
  template also get any profile documents within the template.
  When using this option with refresh/replace design, profile
  documents are only copied if  database does not already contain
  a profile document with same name.
