- Log into iNotes and try to send an attachment that is 30mg or larger and you will get the following error message in IE6, IE7 and IE8 "Error: Unable to upload file: path & filename here. You may need to reduce the size of the file and try again" - Check the server's configuration document>>Lotus iNotes tab>>Mail session>>Maximum attachment size". This is set to the default 5000kb, which rounds off to about 49mg - Check if the ActiveX file attachment utility is disabled for Domino Web Access (DWA) in the Configuration document>>Other Settings>>Lotus iNotes ActiveX file attachment utility, and it was enabled - This issue is reproducible at will - In Internet Explorer this is the error: In Firefox 3.0 you do not get the same error mentioned above, however it seems to get stuck at sending
