Error description
1. Use any LD server ( I used 8.0.2 and 8.5 for my test) 2. Set user to have full access administration privilege in security document (don't activate it yet) 3. restart server so user can use full access administration option. 4. Create a blank database on server with Domino Administrator 8.0.2 5. Check ACL of new database ensure user is _not_ in ACL list. 6. Close database. 7. Activate full access administration. 8. Open the database and select View -> Design 9. The single design element in a blank database is a view. Note that it is visible in the Views section. 10. Close Notes 11. Open Domino Administrator 8.5 and activate Full Access Administration 12. Open the same database and go to View -> Design 13. Notice that the design element are not available. This happens for all databases/
Local fix
As full access administrator, add your username to the ACL with any ACL setting. Then the design elements will be visible when you select View -> Design
