Error description
1. Open the Configuration document in the Domino Directory. 2. Go to the Router/SMTP tab > Restrictions and Controls tab > Delivery Controls tab. 3. In the Delivery Controls section, there is a field labeled: "User rules mail forwarding." Set this option to "Disabled." 4. Save your changes. The change takes affect after the next Router configuration update. 5. Open the Lotus Notes Client 6. Create a new mail rule 7. The mail rule "Send copy to" is still available for the users 8. The setting in the configuration document takes effect, no e-mails are forwarded, but the customer reports that this issue will increase the calls at the help desk as the users will try to use this mail rule and find out that it does not work.
