LO40575: Mail rule using action 'Send Copy To' does not work with encrypted mail

Error description

• Steps to reproduce the issue:
  1. Open the mail database and select the Rules view.
  
  2. Create a new rule, and ensure the rule is turned "On".
  
  3. Specify Conditions -> Select "sender", "contains" and enter
  a username.
  
  4. Specify Actions -> Select "send copy to" (complete) and enter
  another user's name.
  
  5. Select OK and save the rule.
  
  6. Send a memo from the user specified in step 3. The rule works
  fine and a copy of the document is sent to the user specified in
  step 4.
  7. Send a encrypted memo from the user specified in step 3. The
  rule does not work.
  
  There is currently no known workaround. You cannot use a "Before
  new mail arrives" or "After new mail has arrived" agent as
  LotusScript will return an error when attempting to send the
  document - because the server ID will not contain the original
  recipients Public Key information (this is working as design).
  A Formula agent will also not work because again the original
  recipients Public Key information is not available to the server
  ID, neither is it possible to pass the $Seal and $SealData
  fields as parameters in the @MailSend function.
