Local fix

• The most common reason for this crash is due to a websvc.jar
  file which was inadvertently added to the set of applet files
  whose security signatures were updated.

  Customers can revert back to the originally installed version of
  websvc.jar to avoid these types of crashes in the future.
  Additionally, Lotus Quality Engineering has updated the zipped
  applet jar files so that this file is no longer included in the
  distribution to customers.
