Error description
When removing extended acl on a database that has replicas on other servers, it can lead to unpredictable behaviour.Upon deletion of the xAcl and subsequent replication, the deleted xACL data can still exist in the database, while not visible anymore in the db properties. One scenario/symptom is when the xACL is used to assign delegated admin servers deletion rights. Subsequent replication can result in conflicting information on which admin server should process the requests, leading to unprocessed/stalled adminp requests.
Local fix
One possible workaround is to stop replication for the particular db and delete the xacl on each existing replica and/or re-anabling the xACL
