• After upgrading server to v.8.5 customer getting error
  "Entry not found in index" (error viewing only unread)

  User has used the function only show unread mails in the inbox.

  opens the last unread mail - the error from screenshot 2 apears.

  I have tried compact and updall and also ctrl+shift+F9 - but the
  problem
  still apear.

  upgraded to

• when clicking "OK" to the error, everything is working as
  expected.
