LO29046: ENHANCEMENT REQ.:DWA:PLEASE PROVIDE DESIGN UPGRADE FUNCTION FOR LOCAL ARCHIVE DB.

Error description

• We have no way to upgrade local archive DB design , so we have
  to uninstall
  current local archive DB and then install new version local
  archive DB.
  
  Please provide upgrade function for local archive DB design.
  
  Setup a DWA user on Domino 7.0.2 using DWA 6 template.
  Open the new user's mail via browser and send a message to
  himself.
  Right clich the new mail and archive the mail.
  DOLS is installed and the mail is archived.
  By administrator , upgrade the user's mail template to DWA 7.
  Open the mail DB.
  You will find the mail design was upgraded to DWA 7.
  Open "Tools" menu and right click "Archive" and re-install
  DOLS.
  DOLS was re-installed and it seems to re-sync local archive
  DB.
  Open local archive DB , but local archive DB is DWA 6.
  
  Our DWA 6.x customer will upgrade DWA 7 or DWA next release in
  some years.
  But we can't upgrade local archive DB design , so local archive
  remains as old
  version design.
  
  
  Please provide design upgrade function and folder design upgrade
  function like
  a Notes client.
  
  
  Additionaly, if we have some problems in DWA mail template , we
  can't apply the
  fix into local archive DB.
