Error description

• The developer portal experiences a problem where the API page
  fails to load properly after being accessed directly via
  /node/id or /api/id and not from the product page.
  

Local fix

• apicops command to be run on the portal server and it should
  resolve.
  
  
  1: Run this apicops command on the portal server, We recommend
  you copy and past as its a quite a complex command.
