APAR status

Error description

  • There is an issue due to the user having different cases (Upper
    and Lowercases) for email than the one of the user that's being
    passed (all Lowercase).
    

Local fix

Problem summary

  • If using OIDC user registries for user login on Developer
    Portals and if the username is mapped to email and the email of
    a user was not all lowercase, user login fails.
    

Problem conclusion

  • Issue fixed in API Connect versions 10.0.5.8 and 10.0.8.1.
