APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • When customer restarts natscluster pod multiple times, the
problem Natserror recurr about 6 out of 15 times.

Local fix

  • Restart problematic pod.

Problem summary

  • In certain cases where the leader pod of the nats cluster gets
terminated, the failover can result in consumer subscription
queues not being handled correctly. This can result in events
not being sent to the gateway/portal.

Problem conclusion

  • In 10.0.5.7, the version of nats has been upgraded to include
fixes for a number of failover scenarios.
