Error description

  • When the activation link expire for the user of the developer
portal who signed up, the management sends a webhook to the
portal so that the portal deletes the user whose activation link
just expired. However the portal is not able to find the user,
this results in user with expired activation links to still
exist in the portal.

from the developer portal.
