  • The Portal Cluster status has been in a "Full file
synchronization running" for several hours and has not yet
completed.

Local fix

Problem summary


    

  • Instana Autotrace conflicts with the Portal www pod
communications meaning that they get stuck in 'Full file
synchronization running' and never go ready.

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • The 'instana-autotrace: false' label has been added to the
Portal www statefulset to prevent Instana autotraing the www
pods and conflicting with the communications.
