Local fix
Problem summary
In CP4i, with common-services user registry, API Connect users using versions prior to 10.0.7 or 10.0.5.6 in which the username is case sensitive, and the same username is used in a different user registry, there is a chance that the wrong user record on non common-services user registry is updated.
Problem conclusion
As of 10.0.7 and 10.0.5.6 forward, the right user record on the common-service will be updated
