  • In management 2dcdr systems, previous long connectivity issues
between active and passive causes database bloating which can
increase database and backups size and degrades the performance

Problem summary


    

  • Customers can face slow performance in 2dcdr systems where there
were previous network connection problems that lasted long
enough to break the sync between active and passive.

Active system Postgres will have bloating which would result in
slow performance of the active site. Database size also
increases which causes backup sizes to increase

The issue was identified as a bug in the third-party code.
