Error description
It has been seen that for some reason customer's report was adding newlines to the start of the xml and then our xml validation would fail, so to remediate this, its best to trim the report before running xml
Local fix
Problem summary
In certain cases they compatibility checks would return newlines at the start of the report causing parsing issues and ultimately making the check fail.
Problem conclusion
New lines are now trimmed and this has been fixed in 10.0.5.4 and 10.0.7.0
