LI82895: SET DEFAULT BACKUP RETENTION AND SCHEDULE FOR MANAGEMENT BACKUPS

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• By default local backups are enabled when we install the
  management subsystem if we did not choose to setup SFTP/S3
  management backups. Database takes self backups for every
  failover. Hence, wal archives and backups can fill out the disk.
  
  We have to set proper backup retention and schedule so that we
  do not allow disk to fill up.
  

Local fix

• Set schedule backup or reporetention-full field and then ran
  manual backup
