APAR status

Error description

  • When users are deleted from the portal their account setting
    data such as chosen language, avatars, and timezone are lost
    because those settings are not sent to APIM to be stored as
    metadata for the user.

Problem summary

  • The user account setting is kept only at the portal level, which
    leads to loss of data when user is deleted from the portal.
    

Problem conclusion
