LI82807: DISABLING FORUM MODULE, DISABLES THE APPLICATION PAGE VIEW ON PORTAL

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When Customer disables Forum module, it also disables the view
  for Application on Portal.
  
  
  Error observed: 'The page you requested does not exist. For
  your convenience a search was performed using a query
  application'
  
  Steps for recreation:
  
  1) Disable Forum Module as admin
  2) Login to Portal and click on APPs tab on Portal
  

Local fix

• kubectl exec -it   -c admin -- bash
  
  mkdir /tmp/tmp_config
  cp /var/aegir/platforms/devportal-9.x-10.0.5.1-20220916-1553/mo
  dules/apic_app/config/install/views.view.applications.yml/tmp/tm
  drush sa
  drush @ config-import --partial
  --source=/tmp/tmp_config
  

Problem summary

• When disabling the forum module it would also remove the
  Applications View due to a dependency chain.
  

Problem conclusion

• The dependency chain has been resolved and you can now disable
  the forums module without the Application View getting removed
  
  Fix targeted at 10.0.1.9 and 10.0.5.2
