Error description

  • Even though we have customized the recipient of the email, the
    recipient is not customized when we send an email using this
    template (Password changed.)
    

Local fix

Problem summary

  • Password change requests from portal send an email to end users
    with the sender's value set to the cloud admin even when a
    different sender is configured for that scope.
    

Problem conclusion

  • Issue has been fixed in API Connect versions 10.0.1.9 and
    10.0.5.2.
