apiconnect-wsdl: prevent minimum/maximum for non-numeric
Local fix
Problem summary
If the WSDL (XSD) file uses a minExclusive, maxExclusive, minInclusive, or minExclusive attribute on a non-numeric type, the API created by API Connect was incorrectly using the minimum and maximum attributes.
Problem conclusion
The problem is fixed in the latest version of API Connect. This fix will be delivered in the next fixpacks of v10.0.5, 10.0.1, and 2018.4.1.
