• the IBM Portal renders the open API specification like this :

  should it looks like that:

Problem summary

• API parameters with example parameters in date format are
  rendered in date-time format in API Connect.
  

Problem conclusion

• Fixed in v10.0.5.3 and v10.0.1.11.
