Error description
In API Manager, subscription approval tasks does not correctly display prodname, version, plan, appname, username, and orgname Steps to reproduce the issue: 1) In API Manager -> Develop, create an API and a Product. Add the API into the Product 2) For the Product, inside "Plan", select the "Approval" checkbox. Publish the Product 3) Subscribe to the Plan (either in API Manager -> Manage -> Catalog -> Applications OR in Developer Portal -> API Products) 4) Go to API Manager -> Manage -> Catalog -> Tasks, inside "Approval Tasks", the task display the following: Subscription approval task for subscription of {prodname}:{version} ({plan}) for {appname} requested by {username} ({orgname})
Local fix
Problem summary
Users cannot get the correct data (product name, version, plan, app name, user name, org name) in subscription approval.
Problem conclusion
This issue is fixed in 10.0.5 and 10.0.1.7.
