LI82601: CAN'T IDENTIFY USERS IN UI WHEN A UUID IS USED FOR USERNAME

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When a UR uses a UUID for usernames, its not possible to tell
  which user is being referenced in some forms like the change org
  owner form.
  
  For certain dialogues there is a problem because only the id is
  shown instead of the given name/family name or e-mail.
  Particularly for the "change consumerOrg ownership" this leads
  to the problem that the user can not identify the user behind
  the id so he can not change the ownership (which is a blocker
  for us).
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• It was not always possible to identify users by their username
  in certain forms and dialogues.
  

Problem conclusion

• User's first name and last name are now displayed alongside
  their username in forms and dialogues.
  Fix is targeted for 10.0.1.7, 10.0.5.0
