LI82568: SYSLOG AUDIT MESSAGES ARE INCORRECTLY TRANSLATED

  syslog message payloads are incorrectly getting translated based
  on the browser language set during the rest call which triggers
  the auditing message. This should not be the case.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• On systems with syslog auditing enabled, the syslog messages we
  incorrectly being translated using the REST call language header
  (as specified in the browser of the user performing the action
  which caused the audit message to be logged).
  

Problem conclusion

• The audit messages no longer use the http language header to
  perform translation and will therefore no longer be in mixed
  languages.
  
  
  Fix is targeted for 10.0.1.7 and 10.0.5.0.
