been stuck during the upgrade to v10.0.4.0. operator shows that
crashed at scaleDownManagerPods()

With the fix added in releases in 10.0.1.5-</span><span

after 10.0.4.0, mmi object is first checked for existence of the
micro-</span><span style="background-color:rgb(255, 255,
255)">service before working on it</span>
