LI82330: WHEN INVITING DEVELOPERS TO AN ORGANIZATION IN DEV PORTAL, DEVELOPER SIGNS UP BUT ARE ASSIGNED A NEW ORG HELP

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Steps to recreate:
  1.) Create a cOrg from either APIm or Portal create account
  2.) Login to the portal as the owner of the cOrg(User A), go to
  My Organization
  3.) Invite an existing user (User B) to the cOrg
  4.) Log out of the portal
  5.) Click on the invitation link emailed to User B
  6.) The page opened will show a sign in page
  7) If User B attempts to sign in from that form they get an
  error message and cannot sign in
  User B can log in if click on Sign In link on nav bar and then
  signs in - they are only member of existing orgs, not the new
  one they have been invited to
  
  2021-09-07 18:57:20: WARNING: [pool www] child 4138044 said into
  stderr: "WATCHDOG: [NOTICE] [consumerorg] Consumerorg Joe Smith
  (url=/consumer-api/orgs/d6e97973-62e7-4709-b1d2-4963778xxxxx)
  was not found in drupal database during login. It will be
  created.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• New consumer organisation members could not log in to their
  existing account complete the invitation process.
  

Problem conclusion

• Developers can now log in to complete their invitation. Fix
  targeted at v10.0.4 and v10.0.1.5
