Error description

  • When a consumer org owner invites two users with the same
    username from different user-registries, the invites are not
    listed fully and properly after the first user accepts the
    invitation.
    

Local fix

Problem summary

  • When two or more users of the same username are invited to a
    consumer organisation, the invites are not displayed right after
    the first user accepts the invitation.
    

Problem conclusion

  • Fixed in <span style="background-color:rgb(255, 255,
    255)">10.0.1.5,</span>
    Fix targeted for release 10.0.4, 2018.4.1.18
