LI82269: SOME OAUTH FLOW TYPES ARE MISSING IN THE OPENAPI V3.0 EDITOR UI

Error description

• Some OAuth flow types are missing in the OpenAPI V3.0 editor UI
  
  Steps to reproduce:
  1) Create a Native OAuth Provider with the following grant types
  selected:
  Implicit
  Application
  Access code
  Resource owner - Password
  Resource owner - JWT
  
  2) Go to Develop, in the OpenAPI V3.0 editor UI only the
  following flow type are on the list when add a new security
  schema:
  Implicit
  Resource owner
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• Only Implicit and Resource Owner flows would appear as options
  for the flows (and that's only if those grants existed in the
  selected OAuth provider). All flows should be accessible for
  OpenAPI v3, unlike v2 where it depends on the grants the
  selected provider has enabled.
  

Problem conclusion

• Fix is targeted for API Connect v10.0.1.5 and v10.0.4.
