Error description
When logging to CMC or API Manager console the login screen is delayed for unto 2-3 minutes (Sometimes errors out). While debugging from browser tools we see it connecting to ?https://t est.cloud.ibm.com/analytics/build/bluemix-analytics.min.js? If the browser machine has access to internet it is loading without problems.
Local fix
Problem summary
Telemetry was enabled by default, so some analytics information was sent as part of certain actions users perform in API Manager or Cloud Manager UI. It has now been disabled by default.
Problem conclusion
