Error description

  • Using the Manager GUI, you may not be able to invite a new
    member to a catalog of a provider organization, where a custom
    role with a specific set of permissions was created before, as
    the action results in a blank screen that never loads.
    

Local fix

  • Use the API Connect toolkit to perform the invite member
    operation instead
    

Problem summary

  • A blank page appears when inviting a new API Manager member into
    a provider organization with a configuration of a custom role.
    

Problem conclusion
