Problem summary
<span style="background-color:rgb(255, 255, 255)">Previously filled forms did not render their assigned data causing assumptions that components </span><span style="background-color:rgb(255, 255, 255)">fail to save.</span> Each text field failed to show its default values, instead, showing blank or empty.
Problem conclusion
The fix is targeted for inclusion in Api Connect version 2018.4.1.11
