LI81352: API MANAGER ASSEMBLE TEST TOOL DOES NOT SUPPORT + CHARACTER IN THE OAUTH PASSWORD FIELD

Error description

• API Manager Assemble test tool doesn't support + character in
  the OAuth password field.
  
  For the APIs with OAuth security
  definition, if user enter a password that contain + character
  and click "Authorize", when APIC gateway receive the request
  the + character become a space.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• The API Manager Assembly test tool does not support + character
  in the OAuth password field.
  
  For the APIs with OAuth security definition, if a user enters a
  password that contains the "+" character and and clicks
  "Authorize", when APIC gateway receive the request the +
  character is converted to a space.
  

Problem conclusion

• The product is updated in 2018.4.1.12 to address the issue.
