Error description
On Developer Portal after change organization owner, the old owner is not properly assigned to the new role. Steps to reproduce: 1. Login as organization owner on Developer Portal and go to my organization 2. Select change organization owner 3. Specify role to be reassign for original owner (for example: developer or viewer) 4. Click confirm. It shows the old owner's role becomes "Administrator"
Local fix
Problem summary
As a consumer organization owner, transferring ownership results in the old owner appearing to have the administrator role, even when the roles selected were developer or viewer. The new owner receives ownership as expected.
Problem conclusion
