Error description

• Use API manger with German language settings in browser.
  Steps to reproduce:
  1. Set browser language to German
  2. Start API manager, in the designer UI activate activity log
  and set Attributes "content" and "content on error" with
  payload value in german "Nutzdaten"
  3. Save changes, go to assemby test tool and publish autogen
  product to test it
  4. You will get an error with message as following

  5. Go to Source and check values of success-content and
  error-content, they are set to the german translation
  "Nutzlast" and not to the required value "payload"
  6. If you manually set the values to payload in source view and
  store the data, this is not reflected in the UI, which
  indicates, that no value was selected.

  This set the scope for the parameter that was unrecognized and
  caused an error.
  

Problem conclusion

  save the correct wording without translation while still
  displaying the translated words.</span>
