APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • When trying to get an oauth Token using the test tool in the
Developer Portal, no CORS message is returned if there is no
response from the server. Resulting in the Get Token button not
returning a token. This issue is limited to Servers which are
using a self-signed certificate.

Local fix

  • Access the Token URL manually in your Browser and accept the
certificate

Problem summary

  • The portal test tool does not return the CORS message when
trying to get an oauth token.

Problem conclusion

  • Fix targeted for release in v2018.4.1.5
